At Winston Instruments, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all of our CarPlay integration systems. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your unit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. 

To ensure a smooth process, please contact our support team via email at customersupport@winstoninstruments.com before returning your product. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions to make sure your return is processed quickly. Please note: Winston Instruments will cover return shipping costs only for units that are defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrectly sent. Returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind, will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without contacting us first may experience delays. 

Products must be returned in their original condition with all included parts, accessories, and packaging. Units showing signs of misuse, damage, or improper installation may not be eligible for a refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or the wrong item was sent. Claims for damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for full coverage. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund.
